Refunds

  • You may Refund yourself the entry cost less 100% until 14 days after you purchase.
  • Click here for more info on Refunds.

You can manage your entries in the section of your Racer Dashboard.


Instalment Plan

  • You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
  • There is an additional fee of 1% + £0.50 (inc VAT) for each instalment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.

Hi there, I have entered my participant details for myself and my team for this event however I have received an Email to say that participant details are required? Can I ignore this Email or is there further actions other than reclaiming our tickets and registering entrant details that are required?

Yes there are only charity places left. Head to beastrace.co.uk/charity to find the charity you want to support and use their code to get your free entry. Minimum fundraising target applicable. Hope to see you there
