DETAILS:

The Windsor Autumn 5km, 10km & 15km Run is perfect for anyone looking to get fit or take part in their first event.

Dorney Lake is the perfect venue for Running Events.

The race takes place on very flat, smooth tarmac roads and paths - completely traffic free.

EVENT LOCATION INFORMATION:

The event location is one of the most iconic 2012 London Olympic Games venues, which hosted the rowing and canoe disciplines.

Dorney Lake, Eton College Rowing Centre is conveniently located along the M4 Motorway, only 20 mins from London and 15 mins from the M25 and M40 motorways.

The event will have full car parking facilities available, which will be in operation to allow participants to come and go, whilst the event is still taking place and makes it perfect for spectators and family to attend and soak up the atmosphere.

PRIZES:

There will prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall Male and Female, 1st Vet (40+) Male and Female.

Bespoke Medals for ALL finishers.

Late entries:
Entries taken within 2 weeks of the event & on the day of the event will include an additional £5 to the entry fee.

Refunds/Transfers/Instalments

Refunds

At F3 Events we want to allow all participants the opportunity to still take part in an event in the future if they are not able to attend the initial chosen event for some reason or another.

All these amendments incur an internal cost to the events business, and the reason for applying the transfer/ deferral fee.  We are one of only a hand full of companies that allow this to take place and would rather participants have an opportunity, up until a point when we are not able to make any changes, to make a future event possible.


Transfers

  • You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of £10.00 until 22/09/2018.
  • You will have 12 months (from the date of the event) to spend your credit. You may also use your credit to enter someone else.
