3M3D

The 3M3D is a weekend of trail running and racing in the tropical rainforests of Far North Queensland. Three days, three different courses.

IMPORTANT: The Dynamic Running Ltd. Waiver/Participant Agreement has changed and include important changes to our 2023 events.

Note that there are NO REFUNDS for this event, with one exception. A 50% refund on the race entry fee can be requested for the 126.6km 3M3D Grand Slam race via a written request submitted to the race email address of the Event Organiser at least two months prior to race day.,

Dynamic Running public liability insurance cover does not include travel and personal accident / personal injury insurance for competitors or volunteers. We recommend that you arrange your own personal accident / personal injury insurance to cover any unforeseen personal costs you may incur.

There is no cooling off period. By progressing with this registration and payment you accept the rules and conditions listed in the Dynamic Running Ltd. Waiver/Participant Agreement.


This is the 12th year of the race that is being held on the Atherton Tablelands. Transport is provided at a nominal fee on Friday and Sunday. Visitors to the region must contact Dynamic Running to sort out transport to Lake Morris on Saturday.

A medal is included in your entry fee.

The event is listed on the AURA website and AURA members receive a discount during our 'Standard Entry Fee' period.
